Il cardinale si era espresso già nel 2021 benedicendo l’opera del giornalista. È ora di far rispettare i diritti dell’ultimo vero papa: Benedetto XVI
Sono passati 6 anni dall’inizio della mia inchiesta sulla nullità delle dimissioni di Benedetto XVI; 5 anni dall’articolo su Libero che spiegava come la Declaratio di Benedetto fosse in realtà un annuncio di sede impedita; 4 anni dalla pubblicazione del volume “Codice Ratzinger” (25.000 copie vendute) che svelava questa realtà canonica, i pronunciamenti del vero papa in restrizione mentale larga e l’antipapato eretico di Bergoglio; 3 anni dal deposito in Segreteria di Stato della prima petizione con 11.500 firme di cui, come mi ha informato tramite lettera personale, ha “preso conoscenza” il card. Parolin ; 2 anni dal deposito della mia istanza in Tribunale su sede impedita e attentato a Benedetto XVI, 1 anno dal primo interrogatorio subìto come testimone presso l’ufficio del Promotore di Giustizia.
Ho prodotto fino ad oggi un totale di 1500 articoli, 3000 video-podcast, 186 conferenze, 56 petizioni, 4 istanze in tribunale, vincendo 2 premi giornalistici.
Tuttavia, ad oggi, la Santa Sede non ha ancora fornito risposte, lasciando i fedeli allo sbando e senza sacramenti leciti, permettendo che sacerdoti coraggiosi venissero scomunicati e ridotti allo stato laicale dopo aver detto la verità.
Con la morte dell’antipapa Bergoglio, è stato eletto un altro antipapa, Leone XIV, che continua l’opera di smantellamento della Chiesa cattolica, della sua dottrina e, con esse, del nostro Paese, del nostro tessuto morale, sociale, economico, identitario e culturale.
La mia inchiesta di oltre 1000 articoli sul quotidiano Libero è stata cancellata dal web, nessuno dei giornalisti e blogger presuntamente cattolici collabora per far emergere questa verità indispensabile per la sopravvivenza della Chiesa cattolica.
Nessun cardinale ha accettato di ricevermi nonostante 56 petizioni firmate da oltre 20.000 fedeli. Nel mese di aprile, il magistrato Angelo Giorgianni, già Sottosegretario all’Interno con delega per gli Affari di Culto, ha inviato due studi canonici sull’invalidità del conclave 2025 al card. Parolin e non ha ricevuto risposta. Life Site News ha diffuso in tutto il mondo la notizia delle indagini in corso da parte del Promotore di Giustizia, e ugualmente non si è mossa una foglia.
Penso che possa bastare.
Ecco perché mi sono deciso a divulgare parte dei contenuti del carteggio da me intrattenuto quattro anni fa con S.E.R. il card. Robert Sarah, uno dei pochi cardinali rimasti davvero cattolici e amico sincero dell’ultimo vero papa: Benedetto XVI. Oggi Sua Eminenza ha 80 anni, si trova probabilmente isolato e ha bisogno di tutto il nostro appoggio.
Non ritengo di danneggiarlo perché queste e-mail vanno completamente a suo onore. In coscienza, ecco perché ho deciso di divulgarle: da un punto di vista spirituale, per la legge suprema della Chiesa, ovvero la salvezza delle anime e per l’esasperazione cui il silenzio della Santa Sede ha condotto una moltitudine sterminata di fedeli e cittadini.
Da un punto di vista laico, per la sicurezza della nostra Italia, messa gravemente a repentaglio dall’usurpazione del trono petrino da parte di poteri tutt’altro che cattolici. Ricordo che, come sancisce la Costituzione italiana,la difesa della Patria è “sacro dovere del cittadino”.
Ebbene: la prima email da me scambiata con il cardinale Sarah risale al 9 aprile 2021, in risposta a un mio ben argomentato articolo pubblicato sul blog del noto vaticanista Marco Tosatti dedicato alla nullità delle dimissioni come congegno canonico attuato da papa Benedetto per la difesa della Chiesa.
Sua Eminenza mi rispondeva tramite il segretario don Francesco Morena:
“Egregio Dottore,
Sua Eminenza il Cardinal Sarah ha ben ricevuto il suo testo e La ringrazia sentitamente, e di cuore la Benedice.
Cordialmente, dalla Segreteria, don Francesco Morena”
Il cardinale Sarah benediva, dunque, un giornalista che affermava categoricamente almeno 20 volte in un articolo che Bergoglio era un ANTIPAPA.
Il 10 luglio 2022 chiesi a Sua Eminenza – ormai certamente ben informato delle questioni che stavo indagando – a quale indirizzo potessi inviargli il libro “Codice Ratzinger” pubblicato in maggio: mi rispose il cardinale stesso, in persona, ringraziandomi per la mia riflessione, riservandomi la sua preghiera e benedizione e fornendomi il suo recapito:
“Tante grazie del suo messaggio. Papa Ratzinger è un maestro e una guida spirituale e liturgica di una eccezionale profondità. Grazie per la sua riflessione. Ecco il mio indrizzo postale : xxxxx
Con la mia preghiera e benedizione.
Robert Card Sarah”.
Il 6 agosto 2022, dopo che il cardinale aveva ricevuto e certamente letto “Codice Ratzinger”, il segretario di Sua Eminenza, don Augustin Shako Yodi, mi rispose così:
“Egregio Dott. Andrea,
Sua Eminenza accusa ricevimento di una copia del Suo volume Codice Ratzinger e La ringrazia per il cortese invio, con l’augurio che illumini le coscienze.
Cordiali saluti in Cristo,
don Augustin Shako, suo segretario”.
Sua Eminenza, dunque, mi ringraziava e si augurava che “Codice Ratzinger” illuminasse le coscienze: un libro in cui si illustrano in ben 345 pagine: la sede impedita di papa Benedetto XVI, i suoi messaggi in restrizione mentale larga (all’epoca da me chiamato “codice Ratzinger”), le eresie di Bergoglio e il suo tragico antipapato.
Eminenza, se ora mi vuole querelare per la diffusione di queste e-mail, faccia pure: se sarò condannato, pagherò il dovuto. Ma Lei si rende conto che in ballo c’è la sopravvivenza stessa di Santa Romana Chiesa, la salvezza delle anime, la salute dei corpi, l’integrità delle nazioni. Non credo di aver certo leso la Sua onorabilità, anzi, tutt’altro.
Il mondo rimasto cattolico guarda a Lei con speranza filiale, avendo invocato il Suo intervento con numerose petizioni, promosse, oltre che da chi scrive, anche dalla nota testata Life Site News.
Siamo pronti a sostenerla a spada tratta: scoprirà un intero esercito di fedeli pronti a seguire il loro pastore e un esercito di laici che hanno compreso la gravità di quanto avvenuto nel 2013 e che La supporteranno con uguale convinzione.
L’USURPAZIONE DEL TRONO PETRINO DEVE FINIRE, E SUBITO: il mondo sta precipitando nel caos perché manca il Vicario di Gesù Cristo. Ovunque avanzano lo gnosticismo, il satanismo e altre aberranti ideologie anticristiche e antiumane.
Lei, come autentico cardinale ha tutto il potere – e il dovere – di far rispettare i diritti della Sede Apostolica a norma dell’art. 3 della Universi Dominici Gregis. Io, con miei canonisti, latinisti, storici della Chiesa, avvocati, siamo a Sua disposizione.
Benedetto XVI, con la sua geniale Declaratio ha emanato una decisio, un decreto penale con cui ha annunciato la sua sede impedita e l’usurpazione del papato. Il testo è stato artatamente camuffato e falsificato per farlo apparire un’abdicazione, ma ugualmente non hanno potuto nascondere la mancata rinuncia al munus petrino.(can. 188, errore sostanziale).
Pertanto, Francesco non è mai stato papa in quanto eletto da un conclave convocato abusivamente a papa impedito e non abdicatario a norma del can. 332.2. Tutto quanto da lui fatto in 12 anni è NULLO, non esiste.
Leone XIV non è mai stato papa in quanto non è mai stata dichiarata la sede vacante per morte di Benedetto XVI; Prevost è stato eletto da un conclave composto da 108 falsi cardinali di nomina bergogliana, in un’assise di 133 elettori (13 oltre il limite imposto dalla Universi Dominici Gregis), con un cardinale sorpreso con un cellulare dopo l’extra omnes e un altro uscito prima della chiusura. Tutte inconcepibili violazioni della Universi Dominici Gregis che, a norma degli artt. 76 e 77, rendono nullo e invalido anche questo conclave, (“senza che occorra una dichiarazione in proposito”) così come tutto quello che ha fatto Leone XIV da un anno a questa parte.
La Chiesa continua a essere guidata da un antipapa privo di munus petrino e quindi privo dell’assistenza speciale dello Spirito Santo. Il magistero di Leone non è infallibile, (e si vede), le sue canonizzazioni sono invalide, l’insegnamento è chiaramente eterodosso. Egli stesso, in una lettera inviata a un fedele, ha ammesso di essere informato delle indagini in corso sulla sede impedita di papa Benedetto XVI, sull’attentato da lui subito a Cuba nel 2012 e quindi sta insabbiando consapevolmente la questione mentre, dall’altro lato, avalla le aberranti eresie di antipapa Francesco come Fiducia Supplicans o Amoris Laetitia, da lui definita addirittura un “luminoso messaggio”.
Da un punto di vista tecnico, la successione petrina terminerà definitivamente nel 2036 quando verrà meno il numero legale minimo di 3 cardinali autentici sotto gli 80 anni.
Ecco perché La prego, insieme alle migliaia di firmatari delle petizioni da me promosse, di sbloccare questa insostenibile situazione, con il coraggio che il colore rosso sangue da lei indossato Le rammenta ogni giorno.

No cardinal has agreed to meet me, despite 56 petitions signed by more than 20,000 faithful. In April, Magistrate Angelo Giorgianni, former Undersecretary of the Interior with responsibility for Religious Affairs, sent two canonical studies on the invalidity of the 2025 conclave to Cardinal Parolin and received no reply. This is why I have decided to release part of the correspondence I had four years ago with His Eminence Cardinal Robert Sarah, one of the few cardinals who remains truly Catholic and a sincere friend of the last true Pope: Benedict XVI. Today His Eminence is 80 years old and is probably isolated; he deserves our full support.
I do not believe I am harming him, because these emails are fully to his credit. I have decided, in good conscience, to make them public for two reasons: from a spiritual point of view, for the supreme law of the Church — the salvation of souls — and because of the exasperation that the Holy See’s silence has caused to a countless multitude of faithful and citizens.
From a secular point of view, for the security of our country, Italy, which is gravely endangered by the usurpation of the Petrine throne by powers that are anything but Catholic. I remind you that, as stated in the Italian Constitution, the defence of the Fatherland is a “sacred duty of the citizen.”
The first email I exchanged with Cardinal Sarah dates back to April 9, 2021, in response to a well-documented article of mine https://www.marcotosatti.com/2021/04/09/cionci-la-possibile-ricostruzione-del-piano-b-di-benedetto-xvi/ published on the blog of the well-known Vatican expert Marco Tosatti, which was about the nullity of Benedict XVI’s resignation.
His Eminence replied through his secretary, Don Francesco Morena:

The Cardinal thus blessed a journalist, who clearly stated at least twenty times in the article that Bergoglio was an ANTIPOPE.
On July 10, 2022, I asked the Cardinal — by then certainly well informed about the issues I was investigating — for an address to which I could send him the book “The Ratzinger Code”, published in May. He replied personally, thanking me for my reflection, assuring me of his prayer and blessing, and giving me his postal address.

Benedict XVI, with his brilliant Declaratio, issued a decisio, a penal decree with which he announced his sede impedita. Therefore, Francis was never Pope, having been elected in a conclave convened abusively while the Pope was impeded and had not abdicated (can. 332 §2).
Leo XIV has never become Pope, because the vacancy of the See due to the death of Benedict XVI was never declared. He was elected by a conclave made up of 108 false cardinals appointed by Bergoglio, in an assembly of 133 electors (13 beyond the limit set by Universi Dominici Gregis), with a cardinal caught with a mobile phone after extra omnes and another who left before the conclusion. These are all inconceivable violations of Universi Dominici Gregis which, according to articles 76 and 77, render this conclave null and void as well.
The Church continues to be led by an antipope lacking the Petrine munus and therefore lacking the special assistance of the Holy Spirit. Leo’s magisterium is not infallible (and it shows), his canonizations are invalid, and his teaching is clearly heterodox. From a technical point of view, the Petrine succession will definitively end in 2036, when the minimum legal number of 3 authentic cardinals under the age of 80 will no longer exist.
This is why I beg you, together with the thousands of signatories of the petitions I have promoted, to unlock this unsustainable situation with the courage that the blood-red colour You wear reminds you of every day.
